Struggling with motivation?
Sam is on hand during sessions to guide you through exercises to help you on your way to achieving many goals from increasing strength, losing weight to training for an event.
At your initial consultation your goals, activity level & nutrition will be discussed, Sam can then assess & give a recommended training plan. This might be weekly 1:1 sessions, attending group exercise classes or writing a programme for you to follow. There are many advantages of having training sessions with Sam from accountability to motivation & guidance. Following the initial consultation you will perform a number of physical fitness & mobility tests, this will identify current status allowing Sam to plan sessions accordingly & track progress.
